*Duration: 6+ Months * *Good experience on Property and Casualty is required and Required Photo id for submission purpose.* *Job description:* · Overall good experience in Insurance with exposure to working on data projects and who can write data requirements working in close conjunction with business and IT stakeholders. · Elicits business drivers and key business questions for operational data and business analytic capabilities. Provides industry and business function expertise to assist in identification of key performance indicators and alignment to corporate vision and strategy. Understands business processes and business rules to support identification of business drivers and key business questions. · Solicits business and technical requirements through interviewing and requirements gathering process. Responsible for documentation of the requirements, including business rules, functional and non-functional requirements. Accountable for completeness and accuracy of requirements and for sign-off of requirements. · Works with business partners to understand data requirements and identify key data elements, business rules and data quality tolerance levels to support creation of new data and reporting solutions. · Ensures source to target specifications are aligned to business requirements. · Supports data analysis activities and data users through assistance with and explanation of operational system flows, end to end data flows including data transformations and calculations, and data relationships. · Supports user support efforts to ensure appropriate communications and education activities. Provides detailed information related to upcoming changes related to deliverables and uses of the data. · Participates in education activities and deployment process to ensure solution adoption.
