Should be updated with EJB3 standards and must understand the services offered by Java EE container e.g., transaction management, security, JNDI and persistence · Must have implemented concurrent – multi-threaded applications. Must know the current trends on concurrent processing. · Should know batch processing concepts, issues and solutions. · Experience in performance tuning of Java applications. · Should have strong RDBMS knowledge. Must have worked on Oracle. Should know relational data modelling and be able to apply in practice. · Proficient in programming with SQL and PL/SQL. · Good communication skills – should be able to interact with business users to collect the requirements · Experience with RDBMS with at least one project on Oracle is required.
