*Role: **Business Analyst / Project Manager* *Location:* *Jersey City, NJ* *Duration: Long term contract * *Need Local and Visa copy required * *The ideal candidate must be familiar with the following:* Work on a portfolio of projects both operational and core business, technical and functional (examples include Big Data, Mortgage, Data Migration, trouble shooting and documenting algorithms), dual up as BA and a PM, and gather requirements from the business, translate that into functional specifications, engage with Project Sponsor to understand timelines, build a project plan and ensure adherence to the plan. *Primary responsibilities * Engage in meaningful dialog with LoB, ability to query and reciprocate on subject matter, ability to document requirements, document project charter, interview team members and build a WBS, complete an effort estimate and build a project plan (.mpp), Communication matrix, escalation matrix, and complete all activities needed to get the project completed within the triple constraints of scope, time and cost.
