- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Remedy system
environment.
- Good understanding of ITIL Process
- Development of SRD’s including Advanced Interface Forms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience Required*
4 - 6 Years (4+ years experience in BMC Remedy)
*Roles & Responsibilities: *
• Development and customization of various ITSM Modules.
• Enhancements and Bug fixes.
• Production support.
• Remedy system administration
• Maintaining system environment
• Leading the offshore support team
