*Responsibilities:* *The Consultants will be responsible (but not limited) to:* · Demonstrates system expertise for configuring the SAP ECC 6.0 application · Responsible for the functional/solution architecture and design of SAP enhancements and functionality to meet the company’s business requirements. · The position will be a solution architect and key member of SAP Center of excellence in FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) role along with solution architects in other modules. · Proven experience in delivering solution architecture based on functional and performance requirements. · Demonstrates proficient knowledge of the General Ledger and/or Purchase to Pay business processes · Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solution; identifies, interprets, validates and documents customer requirements · Analyzes, designs, customizes, tests, maintains and supports the SAP ECC 6.0 application · Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules · Develops profiles and authorizations within the application · Develops and delivers application training to customers · Proactively identifies and proposes business process and/or system enhancements · Works self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members · Follows applicable client Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of finance applications *Required Skills:* *The successful Consultant will have the following:* · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology · Minimum of 3-5 years of SAP functional implementation experience is required. · Demonstrate experience with complete SAP ERP project lifecycle implementation is required. · Minimum of 3 years SAP R/3 experience supporting General Ledger plus 5 or more of the Following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project Accounting or Purchasing, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Internal Orders. · Experience with ECC 6.0 New Ledger functionality is a must. · Position will assume responsibility in leading multiple SAP modules like SAP GL,CO, AR,AP and treasury modules · Experience requires skills to Identify, Architect, Develop, Build and Test requirements and improvements for SAP processes using an SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 · Collaborating with the project team of SAP and carrying out the implementation of the financial modules · Manage and lead the team in the business processes of the functional areas within SAP and interface with eternal systems · Responsible for managing the support and development of SAP Configuration and documentation. Previous experience in implementation, support and Audit procedures in the area of Finance are required · Monitor and develop training on new processes and maintain existing training documentation · Must have an understanding of FI/CO interaction with other SAP modules in the Insurance industry which include FSCD, FSRI or similar skills in FICA · Review and work up development requests and specs for ABAP programmers to develop · Have the ability to review impact of new requirements on current processes when new SAP versions upgrades and Support Stacks are implemented. Co-ordinate, monitor, maintain and develop SAP test scripts for our FI/CO processes to insure implemented solutions are not impacted by other module process changes, maintenance and upgrades · The ability to lead, define project scope, develop and execute work plans to meet defined objectives. Must be able to communicate and work with other SAP specialists and support the SAP user community.
