Serve as a Liaison between both business and technical teams driving effective, timely solutions to fulfill strategic and operational needs . Work with SMEs in all Mortgage Servicing areas in developing solutions related to data management and reporting . Develop data requirements and source-to-target data mappings for the creation of a centralized data repository (a single-source-of-truth-type data warehouse solution) from multiple disparate sources. . Ensure proper integration of data solutions into existing reporting environments . Ability to understand the underlying data sources and business derivations and documenting . Understand logical and physical data models and ensure proper design and flow of information across the applications . Apply business validation and analytic skills to ensure high data quality . Perform Data Analysis, deep data investigative (SQL) capabilities - combine that with Business knowledge in Mortgage, Default areas . Ensure proper integration of new (data) solutions into existing (reporting) environments . Ability to understand the underlying data sources and business derivations and documenting . Understand logical and physical data models and ensure proper design and flow of information across the applications . Apply business validation and analytic skills to ensure high data quality . Proactively identify and promote leveraging of successful services and processes from across the firm . Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary Skills Required . Bachelor's degree or equivalent . 5+ years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, with some project management experience . Proficient in SQL along with the use of querying tools such as SQL Query Analyzer, TOAD, etc. . Experience with Data extraction and multi-dimensional data analysis, with working knowledge of data warehouses is desirable . Working knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Business Intelligence . Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Operation . Familiarity with Mortgaging Servicing Platforms (such as MSP, LPS, etc) is desirable . Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work . Strong verbal and writing skills, presentation skills . Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and third party vendors . Ability to research, gather background information, and analyze complex data . Use of systematic, organized, proactive approach to resolve problems and issues . Knowledge of MSP and Navision is a plus .
