Ability to learn new tools quickly (Data validation tools, Enterprise Consolidator) 9. Gap analysis skills (Identify items that need clarification and prioritization) 10. Strong data analysis skills (utilize DB tools, SQL, explaining issues clearly, offer solutions and options for issues encountered) 11. 8-10 years exp. (Tech Lead with application development exp., managing developers, etc.) 12. Ability to provide and track status, manage onshore and offshore resources as necessary, lead unit test strategy, work closely with PMs, IT Architects, BAs, Test Leads 13. Great communication skills (Email, Verbal and Presentation skills) 14.
