*Lead PL-SQL Developer*

*Location : Tampa, FL *

*Duration: 6+ month*


Client is looking for PL / SQL developer + Tech lead resource, someone who
is technically very good and can work hands on and also have the proven
capability of leading a technical team.

*Job description:*

1.        Strong SQL skills (ability to code / write / troubleshoot and
review code, optimizing SQLs, scripting, ad hoc statements, PL/SQL)
2.        Help create and review DB scripts for pre and post migration
steps
3.        Ability to understand work, distribute it appropriately to
onshore and / or offshore resources and follow up with them to track the
status till they are completed.
4.        Pro-actively find the issues and work towards resolving them or
escalate to right contact for resolution.
5.        Oracle DB experience. strongly preferred (version 11 and higher)
6.        Data Migration / Upgrade experience. (Large project work along
with large data sets, DB to DB conversions)
7.        Ability to multitask [prioritize errors, manage developers, offer
approaches, set up technical meetings, work with vendors directly]
8.        Ability to learn new tools quickly (Data validation tools,
Enterprise Consolidator)
9.        Gap analysis skills (Identify items that need clarification and
prioritization)
10.        Strong data analysis skills (utilize DB tools, SQL, explaining
issues clearly, offer solutions and options for issues encountered)
11.        8-10 years exp. (Tech Lead with application development exp.,
managing developers, etc.)
12.        Ability to provide and track status, manage onshore and offshore
resources as necessary, lead unit test strategy, work closely with PMs, IT
Architects, BAs, Test Leads
13.        Great communication skills (Email, Verbal and Presentation
skills)
14.        Positively assertive and working in close collaboration with
client / Key Project stakeholders.

*Location: Wilmington DE, *

*Duration: 12 months*

Pega Senior System Architect

*Relevant Experience *

*(in Yrs)*

·         8+ years of software development experience; particularly within
the financial services industry.

·         4+ years of experience in Pega PRPC

·         Proven experience as a Pega senior system Architect

*Technical/Functional Skills*

Pega Senior System Architect

*Experience Required*

·         6 to 8+ years of software development experience; particularly
within the financial services industry.

·         4+ years of experience in Pega PRPC

·         Proven experience as a Pega Senior Developer

·         Experience in Pega 7.x

·         Pega certifications, CLSA

·         Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design,
software development, and testing

·         Delivery of large scale systems.

·         A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into
working software

·         Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external
business partners

*Roles & Responsibilities*

·         Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas /
project requirements

·         Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object
Models, Define Test Strategy

·         Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem

·         Help create road map for the project

·         Provide technical leadership to project team

·         Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design /
coding

·         Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project
implementation

·         Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring /
taking trainings

·         Perform Business architecture blueprint within Pega PRPC using
the Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology

·         Enforce best practices in Pega Business architecture and
functional requirements

·         Anchor the Requirement Discussions with Business and IT
Stakeholders

*Generic Managerial Skills*

·         Very good communication skills

·         Good Analytical skills

*Education*

·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
Business Management or related discipline (An appropriate combination of
education and directly related experience may satisfy this requirement).
