*Role: **Genesys engineer* *Location: **Malvern, PA* *Duration: Long term contract (1+ Year) * *The ideal candidate must be familiar with the following:* 1) Product/Solution knowledge - Genesys framework 7.6 and 8.x, Genesys Voice portal(GVP) 7.6 and 8.x, Infomart 7.6 and 8.x, Routing, CCpulse+. 2) Must have Genesys implementation/ Upgrade Experience from version 7.6 to 8.x 3) Must have GVP ( Genesys Voice Portal) Implementation / Upgrade Experience from 7.6 to 8.x 4) Must have Genesys Solution Suite troubleshooting Experience, Log analysis 5) Must have production Support experience for Genesys F/W, GVP 7.6/8.x 6) Must have Genesys Routing design Knowledge 7) Sound technical knowledge on Genesys SIP server and interworking with media gateways 8) Management and troubleshooting of media gateways 9) Genesys VXML scripting knowledge.
