Work with Business Partners, Web, mobile, innovations and other required teams during requirements review, test case development and review, and during test execution. - Responsible for testing quality and effectiveness, the UAT Test Lead has the primary responsibility to plan the test approach and scope, write test cases, execute test cases, record and manage defects, and communicate issues, risks and status on a timely basis. The UAT Test Lead is involved at some level throughout the entire development life cycle which includes estimating the test effort, reviewing requirements and compiling test results in the final phase. - Using technical knowledge and experience, independently performs advanced root cause analysis on complex code issues/bugs, and consults with the development team on possible resolution. May make recommendations based on analysis. - Plans, coordinates and monitors UAT test design and execution in collaboration with the Project Manager and development team. - Engages with appropriate Business Partner testing resources throughout the project lifecycle; including review of business requirements and participation in business case analysis meetings, coordination of test participants during test execution and ensuring final Business Partner approval of UAT Testing Results Summary to satisfy Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. - Creates UAT test strategy as input to the overall (when appropriate) Test Strategy. Develops the UAT Test Plan and facilitates review of UAT Test Plan. - Develops/Manage UAT Test Cases, as required, and coordinates review of UAT Test Cases. Defines UAT test environment and ensures the identified UAT test environment is available as planned.
