Locating potential software issues and defects prior to release through software test execution (both manual and automated) and managing the identified issues and defects to resolution, thereby ensuring software quality. •*Writing test plans and test cases. Writing automated test scripts.* •Executing manual and automated test cases in order to validate the current release under development. •Identifying, logging, and tracking issues and defects, and managing them to resolution. •Actively participating in the *Agile software development* process by providing constructive feedback on process improvement at Agile (Scrum) team meetings and in sprint review sessions. Qualifications Include: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. •Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in manual and automated testing for Web, GUI, web services, and other interfaces.
