Must have strong experience in authoring and reviewing and approving validation test cases like IQ/OQ/PQ Must have experience in deviation / defect management. Must have experience in reviewing validation deliverables like URS, SRS, Design Documents, etc. Must be able to guide technical, validation and business teams and make decisions on validation strategy and approach. Must have strong documentation and communication skills. Must have experience in performing estimations and tracking validation project status. Experience in managing offshore / offsite teams is preferred.
