If you have a matching profile, please send me the updated resume along with contact details at the earliest. *Job Title* QA Lead *Project Location* Richfield MN *Duration* 4 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI :: Telephonic Hire only* * Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:* *Key Responsibilities:* Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Work with business partners, Business Analysts, QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance and quality goals are met. - Construct test framework to fit within the Agile delivery life cycle. - Coach, lead and mentor other team members. - Provide testing estimates as part of the Agile planning process. - Work with development team to build FTA scenarios. - Implement regression testing framework. - Provide key inputs on testing integration within a continuous integration environment. - Analyze the testing needs and develop testing strategy and plans. Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures such as database impacts, software scenarios or usability. - Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness and/or to mitigate risks. - Ensure application documentation is complete and maintained/ updated in a timely fashion. - Perform other duties as assigned *What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?* - 8-10 years’ experience leading quality assurance projects/programs. - Managed test teams in an Agile environment. - Experience with testing in cloud-based systems - Java and Ruby on Rails experience desirable. - Experience testing with NoSQL databases desirable. - Experience with Selenium or other open source automation tools - Experience with Cucumber is desirable, as well as the ability to jointly author test cases with developers. - Experience using Jira as a backlog management tool and as a defect tracking tool - Strong knowledge of testing disciplines and methodology - Strong documentation skills. - Expert knowledge of computer hardware and software. - Ability to work independently as a member of an Agile delivery team. - Lead, coach and influence others for results and good performance - Development of FTA scenarios, in conjunction with development team members. Preferred Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field. *What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?* 1.
