Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* Oracle Developer *Project Location* Los Angeles*, CA* *Duration* 6 month Contract *Interview Mode**: Phone and Face to Face * *Years Skills/Experience * • Define the scope, timeline and deliverable for system projects. • Manage global ERP functional analysts (Project Team) • Coordinate requirements/progress with in-house IT Development Team • Report on Project Performance, Metrics, Progress, etc. in a Steering Committee format. • Define project timeline, project plans and monitor deliverables to project deadlines. • Ensure that global standards are maintained in worldwide system implementation. • Drive standardized business processes among Finance, HR and Procurement systems/functions to simplify business processes. • Past configuration in ERP systems (Oracle) in Finance/HR/PO, desired: • Oracle Project Accounting • Oracle (Hyperion) Planning • Oracle HCM • Oracle Compensation Key Responsibilities: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): • Minimum 7-10 years proven history of direct global ERP life cycle management • Successful (multiple) full life cycle project management experience in an ERP project (large scale process redesign projects). Oracle, highly preferred • Oracle Fusion implementation experience, highly desired • Project management expert, PMP certification preferred • Must be detail orientated • Must be customer focused • Demonstrated ability to manage global budgets/analysis/track/manage expenditures. • Significant experience in managing global process and systems initiatives • ERP Implementation Experience Requires, Oracle Fusion preferred (Oracle/SAP at Minimum) • Experience in Process Mapping techniques, Process Improvement Systems • Experience in global, complex, decentralize operations in a services environment • Ability to be broad thinking and strategic as well as tactical and detail-oriented • Self-directed, energetic, flexible and adaptable • Ability to work/interact with senior managers and staff level personnel • Demonstrated ability in the art of influence/change management • Experienced in change management disciplines • Demonstrated ability to lead Process Redesign Workshops • Must have past implementation experience for financial, procurement and human resource solution(s) with ERP system (Oracle/SAP) • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or relevant • MBA, preferred • PMP and/or equivalent project management certification, preferred • Individual should be business oriented, self motivated, inquisitive and highly creative. • Requires excellent PC skills (MS Office with MS Project, Powerpoint and Visio) and overall systems knowledge.
