If you have a matching profile, please send me the updated resume along with contact details at the earliest. *Job Title* QA Tester *Project Location* Phoenix AZ *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI :: Telephonic followed by Face to face* - 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst - 3-7 years of experience with designing and building system solutions and business applications - 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Access), DB technologies (SQL Server) and relational database concepts supporting business applications - Experience with ETL, SQL Server and QC (or Jira) are required *Quality Assurance**:* - Able to create test plans for applications that can span multiple business units and integrated application solutions - Creation of step by step test cases based on understanding of requirements (positive/negative) - Able to work with the business and system analysts to understand the system functionality and business needs - Spend time with the business and supporting applications to find both positive and plausible negative path situations that can occur. - Able to document detailed defects that document steps taken and possible supporting details for developers - Provide guidance and support for less experience testers within QA and/or UAT testing staffs - Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand requirements *Technical**:* - Understanding of data analysis and modeling concepts. - Familiarity with reading Entity Relationships Diagrams. - Ability to create SQL queries - Experience with Quality Center for setting up test plans, test cases and defect tracking - Working knowledge of MS Windows Office Product Suite (MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word).
