*Roles and Responsibilities *
The Project Quality Assurance Lead will provide quality assurance (QA)
services for the implementation of STS Online Scheduling to validate that
project deliverables meet project goals. This role will lead all testing
resources assigned to the project, plan for QA project tasks/deliverables,
and actively participate in daily project testing functions by constructing
and executing test cases and reporting status as needed.
*Additional responsibilities of this role are*:
- Lead all QA testing resources on STS Online Scheduling
- Collaborate, plan, and coordinate with all other project testing
resources
- Assess and size project QA scope
- Report QA project status to project stakeholders as needed
- Collaborate with HC QA staff on Project QA Plan
- Review requirements for testability
- Map test cases to requirements for coverage assurance
- Construct, manage, and execute test cases
- Follow SDLC QA framework established by Hennepin County QA
- Assess capabilities and constraints to meeting project delivery
- Identify risks to QA processes and plans
- Establish the project issue management process and manages it in
cooperation with project management
- Assure test team follows QA practices and processes throughout the
project
- Assure project QA deliverables are complete and retained
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues
- Review requirements for completeness, testability, and adherence to
standards
- Develop and oversee execution of test cases
- Prepare documentation as needed for future audits
*Skill Sets Needed
*
- Experience planning and leading UAT efforts with non-technical LOB
resources
- Strong background testing online web applications
- Understanding of business processes and their validation
- Experience assessing and sizing project QA scope
- Experience as Test Lead on large scale, high profile projects with
direct or indirect management of QA staff
- Experience working in an environment without industry standard
requirement/test management tools
- Experience testing on contemporary mobile devices and interfaces
- Experience validating multiple browser types
- Familiarity/experience with performance and stress testing
- Ability to understand backend data aggregation from multiple system
inputs
- Data validation experience
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle
- Effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong backend testing experience preferred
- Ability to proactively identify risks and escalate to the project
manager to minimize project impact
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and risk analysis in previous work
assignment Strong analytical and technical skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, while providing work
direction to QA resources

accomplish:*
- Identify and estimate QA tasks for overall project plan
- Create a project QA plan in collaboration with HC QA principle
- Establish a project issue management process and manage it in
cooperation with the project manager
- Produce library of all test cases for necessary for the projects
- Track test progress and deliver status reporting
- QA documentation created/utilized in the project

Software which meets the needs of project customers:
- Serve STS program clients by providing a mobile friendly web interface
to efficiently and accurately schedule appointments by date and location of
pick-up site
