Conduct training sessions for users reporting and dashboard management. · Create POCs as and when requested to help improve or enhance the current architecture. · Review offshore deliverables on a daily basis and have regular status meetings with the team. · Code migration between environments, testing and QA. · Support post production system and resolve/fix bugs or defects as and when required.
