*Responsibilities ** Design, development and testing of system enhancements to ensure business requirements are met. * Assists in database design, programming for IT and enterprise database applications as well as developing the area for future expansion. * Provide alternative system changes to business owners to help support changes in user requirements, communicating the benefits, cost and limitations of each approach. * Required Skills / Experience *Overall 5 to 7 years of development and BI platform experience combined with 3-4 years of Microstrategy experience. Experiences in planning and delivering enterprise-wide BI, analytics, performance management and data warehouse solution using proven solution delivery methodology frameworks and best practices. Hands-on design and implementation of enterprise BI, analytics and performance management solutions in a complex enterprise environment. • Working knowledge and experiences in data design / dimensional data modeling. * Desired Skills / Experience *Excellent communication skills Knowledge / Experience with Microstrategy Mobile development Working knowledge and experiences in data design / dimensional data modeling. Working knowledge and experiences in developing and deploying Dashboard, Analytics/OLAP and performance management solutions.
