The Business Analyst be a point of contact for the business leaders and users across this global organization. *What is the opportunity*? The SFDC Business Analyst is responsible for working with other BA's, Project Managers, Developers and the user community to ensure a smooth transition from the current CRM platform (Pivotal) to SFDC. The SFDC Business Analyst will analyze, define and prioritize the business requirements for this conversion, ensuring all critical processes and data are appropriately converted and/or that new processes have been vetted and implemented to ensure no loss of functionality.
