Responsibilities: • Configuration, installation and upgrade of network equipment including routers/switches, firewalls and wireless. • Provide second level support for Network Services. • Experienced in network and telecom troubleshooting. • Creating and maintaining documentation as it relates to network/telecom configuration, process and device inventory.
