Create a project plan including hourly estimates by task and milestones to serve as a guide throughout the project. 2. Evaluate current IMS data structure. 3. Design new Project Management Database in Microsoft CRM. 4. Prepare, import and verify data integrity in new database. 5. Conduct User Group interviews to assess needs and wants for new Project Management Database. 6. Create custom data entry interface in Microsoft CRM. 7. Create custom dashboards in Microsoft CRM. 8. Create custom queries and design report templates in Microsoft CRM. 9. Create custom export features to interface with Microsoft Access Financial Database and State of NC accounting system. 10. Test user interface and reporting functions with staff and revise accordingly. 11. Develop and distribute training materials and perform training on new database for DMS staff.
