Provide ADF application development support to build mobile applications. 2. Work collaboratively with team members and to build application solutions. 3. Fulfill tasks, activities, and duties using an Agile implementation methodologies 4. Provide input to weekly status reports, daily scrum meetings and other updates as required. 5. Update required implementation documentation 6. Researches, designs, develops and/or modifies new software or existing enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Resolves highly complex hardware/software compatibility and interface design considerations. 7. Develops and applies advanced methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced software applications and problems. 8. Conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity. 9. Prepares reports on analyses, findings, and project progress, and presents results to management and/or customer personnel. 10. Serves as a technical team or task leader providing guidance and work leadership to less-experienced software developers. 11. Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Master’s Degree preferred. *Experience* 1. 5+ year’s experience designing and implementing Oracle ADF using standard development languages, technologies, and development methods including: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL 2. 5+ years of developer experience in using JDeveloper IDE 3. Minimum 4 year’s experience with ADF application implementations including ADF BC, ADF Faces, ADF Task Flow, Data controls and ADF security 4. 2+ years of experience writing SOAP based web services. 5. Experience with Oracle databases. Oracle 11g/10g/9i. 6. Proven experience with core platform technologies Weblogic, Oracle SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 7. Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently while also communicating effectively as part of a collaborative team. 8. Develop and Document java application development and sustainment standards, processes and best practices 9. Well versed with configuration management tools like Subversion, VSS, CVS. 10. Able to work quickly and under tight delivery deadlines with focus on details. 11. Strong analytical skills and good problem solving skills. 12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals. 13. Prior experience working in a Federal IT program environment desired. 14. Oracle Forms/Reports experience a plus.
