NOT the Project Manager. Scrum Master is a separate role. *

- Understand and facilitate basic Agile ceremonies and practices
- Scrum/KanBan
- Storyboarding
- Iterative Requirements
- Costing/Estimating
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Retrospective
- Tracking
- Measure and Track Progress
- Proven understanding of Burnup and Burndown Charts and their proper
usage (Project and Sprint Tracking)
- Analyze Sprint and Project tracking data
- Process data to build models and scenarios based on scope and
velocity to support Production teams in order to make educated decisions
- Identify assumptions and risks within a full development cycle
- Identify and guide teams to validate assumptions
- Properly measure and communicate risks around assumptions vs.
actuals
- Report objectively
- Accurately forecast completion based on scope and velocity
- Properly measure and communicate cost of change (when plans change)
- Translate complex and detailed plans into simple and digestible
reports
