*Position : **Network Security Engineer* *Location : **Tampa, FL* *Duration :12 Months* *Interview : Skype//Telephonic * *JOB Discription :-* Guide and Lead the network security Change and Incident /fault support service team Review and Report network security Operational and Performance metrics Drive operational initiatives by collaborating with IT and Territory stakeholders Review and Finalize all RCA and technology recommendations Review and Agree Operational Acceptance and on-board new infrastructure from projects Strong knowledge and working experience in troubleshooting, problem and performance analyzing Strong knowledge and working experience in Firewalls, Proxy, IPS/IDS, Loadbalancers Good knowledge and working experience of Traffic/Event monitoring and analyzing Strong knowledge and working experience of WAN accelerators (Eg Riverbed), WLAN networks and Load balancers (Cisco ACE) designs. Installation, configuration of Firewall /Proxy following SoPs Implement Infrastructure Changes in Firewalls & Proxy Vulnerability Remediation analysis and implementation Implementing Product upgrades and patches Develop firewall rules for new application installs or application updates Document rules and submit through firewall provisioning process Understand data center firewall topology and communication paths Understand data center firewall security policies Understand application communications Work with application teams to understand application communication requirements Work with application teams to troubleshoot firewall related communications problems Troubleshoot connectivity and determine whether firewall, routing, server or application is the cause Implement effective, secure changes working in conjunction with networking, application, and security teams Conduct weekly firewall and proxy changes Monitor firewall and management systems for outages and signs of potential problems Strong Network and Security troubleshooting Skills Knowledge and working experience of Bandwidth and performance analysis tools ( Packeteer, NetQOS, MRTG etc) and Traffic analysis tools (Netscout) Hands-on experience of various routing and switching protocols -EIGRP,OSPF,BGP and QOS, STP, HSRP, RPR,RPR+,SSO Hands on experience with QOS configuration and troubleshooting and various router/switch redundancy/failover protocols - HSRP,RPR,RPR+,SSO etc Understanding of SBR and RADIUS authentication and working knowledge of Juniper Steel Belt Radius Good understanding and Experience on WLAN technology (802.11a/g/n) Experience in handling of 2 factor authentication ( RSA Authentication Manager). Maintaining the agreed SLA/KPI with Client Maintaining good team collaboration Customer satisfaction Taking ownership of process and to make visible improvements in the same Perform tasks without escalation and to actively take part in shift handover and take over Documentation and knowledge sharing Should have very good communication and time planning skills ITIL Knowledge / Certified Technology Certifications Firewall & IPS (Juniper/Palo Alto,/Check Point /Source Fire / HP Tipping Point) Experience in Networking (LAN/WAN/Switching ). 7 to 10 years ( Enterprise network and network security, Firewall, VPN, Proxy, design and implementation) 5 years of experience with routing protocols such as, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP. Knowledge of application usage of ports/protocols; Ability to work with customer application support teams; Ability to troubleshoot application communication problems Understanding of data center firewall topology and communication paths; Understanding data center security policies 3-4 Years? experience in team lead and management Experience in handling and troubleshooting below devices: Firewalls - Palo Alto, Juniper, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA Proxy ?
