Technical Recruiting Manager will manage full life cycle recruitment process across Parallel HR with a deep understanding for the business as well as a technical savvy for strategic recruitment methods. 2. Hands on mentoring and guidance of the recruiters including assistance with different search techniques in coordination with the US management 3. Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments 4. Selected candidates will be working directly with our US based clients in various technology and different industries. 5. Conducting technical interviews and tests for suitability to the job requirement 6. Conduct screening interviews to match candidate profiles and job requirements 7.
