Within this job role, you will onboard new trading partners, troubleshoot transactions halts, performing data analysis, and assist with data resolution to our trading partners. A successful candidate will learn to use tools that enable a fortune 100 company to manage its supply chain. This role will regularly collaborate with other regional experts and will need excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. Applicants must have a technical degree or 3 years experience in a technical IT job. Must be fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel (v look ups, pivot tables, etc). *Required knowledge includes:* Understanding of Industry Connections Methods (AS2, SFTP/FTPS) and an understanding of what EDI is and how it is used in the industry. *Typical Day* *Set up new development, manage a que, take hand offs from other team members. Work with external suppliers to do set up and support issues. Work with other development application teams . *Technical Skills* *Technical degree or 3 years experience in a technical IT job.
