*please check below JD and let me know if you have any genuine Profile * *Visa copy Mandatory * *Send me Resume with Visa copy * *DB2 DBA* *NYC, NY* *6+ month contract * JD: DB2 Operations provides support services for DB2 on z/OS including database design, processing Developers’ requests for database maintenance and migrations, application performance, Troubleshooting and scheduled database maintenance. • 7+ years experience as a mainframe DB2 DBA • Experience with DB2 for z/OS, version 10 or higher • Experience supporting a multi-terabyte environment • Experience supporting high throughput OLTP applications • Experience supporting applications within a DB2 data sharing environment • Logical and physical database design skills • Proficiency in application related performance and tuning, including extensive SQL coding tuning • TSO and Mainframe JCL • DB2 utility and maintenance suite • Proficiency in the use of DB2 monitoring tools (DB2PM, Insight, Omegamon, Detector, etc) • Proficiency in the use of DB2 object management tools (RC/Migrator, IBM Object Compare, etc.) • Must have coding experience, preferably in java and/or html.
