*Long-term Contract * Provide engineering and operational support for IBMs MQSeries middleware on z/OS. Candidate must be comfortable working with MQ in a 24x7 large scale environment (multi-queue manager, high volume, large number of applications). Support application developers in the use of MQ in batch and CICS environments. Support software maintenance, DRIP procedures/tests, problem determination and interface with IBM support. Support in-house developed tools including wrapper for the MQI, enhanced CICS trigger monitor, and channel security exits. Support performance and capacity planning including the development of performance and trending reports.
