Location - Madison, WI

*Required Qualifications*:

   - 5+ years of software analysis, design and development experience
   - 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com administering and
   implementing a large
   - Salesforce.com instance
   - Knowledgeable in standard functions/modules of Salesforce.com; Sales
   Cloud, Service Cloud,
   - Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Custom Cloud and Analytics Cloud
   - Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, testing and
   deployment of Salesforce.com functionality
   - Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user
   security requirements
   - Experience with large scale system implementation, integration,
   interfaces and data conversion

*Preferred Qualifications:*

   - Insurance industry experience
   - Certification in Salesforce Solution Designer, Administration or
   Development
   - Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and/or Certified
   Salesforce Developer (DEV 401)
   - Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Certified
   Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
   - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
   - Experience Agile methodologies



*Primary Responsibilities:*

   - Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to
   meet them
   - Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
   - Participate in the development of business strategy
   - Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives
   - Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a
   variety of audiences
   - Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or
   approaches
   - Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
   - Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems
   - Deliver solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the
   Salesforce platform
   - Design and architect online applications that leverage the Force.com
   development platform
   - Lead the configuration of the modules and the Optum Care applications
   built on the Salesforce platform
   - Assess business requirements, translate them into solutions
   (potentially on Salesforce platform) and lead the definition and
   communication of technical scope
   - Conduct discovery sessions to validate and facilitate business
   requirements and drive platform and technology choices and own the IT
   specifications, timelines and solution approach
   - Be the internal subject matter expert on Salesforce platform and be
   the go-to person in communicating the appropriateness of Salesforce
   solution options both from a technical and business perspective
   - Capture business processes in automation solutions using the
   Salesforce platform and the Force.com development architecture
   - Maintain technical documentation. Create and lead solution design
   documents, integrations designs, configuration information, developed API
   and other interface documentations, etc.
   - Drive continuous improvement
   - Simplify and modernize solutions and services by planning standardized
   interfaces, removing redundancies, improving efficiencies, sharing
   feature/functionality context across multiple business lines, solutions and
   business needs
