*Please reply me back at [email protected] <[email protected]>* *NEED USC AND GC ONLY* *Job Title : Siteminder Support Specialist* *Location : Norwalk, CT (Remote Position)* *Duration : 6+ Months/Contract * *Interview Mode: Telephonic + Skype* *PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * - Experienced technical depth of knowledge in specialty area (CA *Single Sign-On and CA Federation*) with sound knowledge and understanding of complementary, supporting, and dependent software, products, and infrastructure services. - Develop and deliver secure, well architected, stable, sustainable, supportable solutions within project timelines; adhering to required client policies, procedures, and best practices. - Identify potential risk, vulnerability, or contention for scheduled activities, service vulnerabilities, or project inhibitors and notify engagement team and management of any situation or area of concern. - Produce accurate, brief, and clearly written documents tailored to audience needs and expectations. - *Promptly identify, manage, and resolve issues in the CA SSO and related environment.* - *Ability to quickly assess and understand business requirements and user issues and drive to timely resolution as appropriate.* - *Candidate should be a solid team contributor and work well with others, as well as possess ability to work individual assignments with minimum guidance.* - *Prepare technical documentation and root cause analysis reports in accordance with client standards.* - *Prepare and deliver regular Timesheet, status reports, updates, and communication to the client and SDG management.* - *Be a proactive member of the on-call team.* - Build positive relationships with internal professionals and client personnel by demonstrating integrity, a positive attitude, and consistent teamwork. - Foster teamwork within our organization via mutual sharing of ideas, knowledge, and general technical information (absent of Client-Specific data). * REQUIRED SKILLS:* - *Candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience with CA Single Sign-On (formerly SiteMinder), inclusive of current supported releases 12.x/12.5x.
