Past experience designing an API Gateway Solution to allow SFDC to receive data from other backend systems. Strong communication and the ability to liaise w/business and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes to determine the proper API solution. Strong analysis and analytical skills to translate business requirements into functional/design specifications to Architect the solution prior to its development/implementation. Experience packaging APIs to perform API enablement. Ability to set up APIs with the other 3rd party systems integrating to SFDC. Mobility & Microservices experience – Supporting multiple systems w/API Gateway Major duty is to help define strategy to stand up the API platform as a service Will be 80% BA initially, performing Analysis & Process of bringing in the gateway. Gather Gateway requirements- hands on Architect who is tactical, can actively participate in RFP process. Once the analysis is complete, they will then act as a Technical Architect for delivery of the API/Mobility solution.
