This resource will be focusing on SAP Basis architecture, implementation, and administration of systems from the ground up. Our client is going live in May of 2016 and a majority of the environment has been built, however, we are looking for an architect level resource to come in and evaluate where improvements can be made and prepare architectural designs and specifications. They will serve as the Basis SME for problem resolution risk management, process integration and overall efficiency. Issues that solutioning is going to be centered around include installation, upgrades, patching, administration, system copies, performance tuning, and monitoring of SAP Merchandising for Retail EHP 6 / 7. There will be a heavy focus on the PI module specifically, and they will need to be the escalated point of contact for technical support to ABAP developers, functional teams, DBA's, help desk support personnel, and other support groups to resolve system issues.
