Please find the below Job description and let me know your interest. *Position: Junior Business Analyst* *Location: Scotts Valley, CA* *Duration: 6 Months ContractMax Rate : $24/hr on c2cNeed LOCALS to Bay Area, CA Only* Process Improvement emphasis – business analyst role - Work with each of the functional stakeholders to implement, develop and revise business operations processes, and coordinates technology solutions. - Assembles process recommendation documents, including presentations, process maps, supporting metrics, business requirements and related impact analyses for complex processes or for portions of larger or inter-related processes.. - May apply Lean/Six Sigma concepts and techniques to process improvement initiatives - Identify the impact of newly developed workflows or technology changes to the business. - Define and document existing business processes and help to manage their continual improvement. - Support the achievement and maintenance of all regulatory requirements. - Identify interdependencies between departments and/or processes and work closely with peers to introduce these. - Work to develop a cohesive and co-ordinated approach to dealing with operational issues within the Alliance ensuring that regular communication channels are built and aligned across the business. - Performs low to medium complexity projects, maintenance, configuration, development and support of Alliance systems and reporting tools - Performs analysis of Alliance systems, data and reporting needs - Delivery of business improvement projects to agreed quality and time, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and involved at all relevant stages.
