Willingness to work in a BBY store for up to 2 weeks, if needed 6. Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, as needed 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 8. 2 or more years of experience managing Agile teams 9. Product Management experience 10. Technical skills (preferably developer experience) 11. Application Development skills 12. Large Enterprise Experience *Preferred Qualifications:* • Prior IT experience implementing large scale IT development programs or other large program implementation in a dotcom environment • 5 or more years of experience gathering business needs and creating into workable outcomes • 5 or more years of experience in business process and/or technology implementation • 3 or more years of experience managing third party vendor relationships and offshore development teams to achieve business outcomes • 5 or more years of experience at a manager level or above delivering global IT capabilities for a multi-national company with annual budgetary responsibilities • 5 or more years of experience at a manager level in a multi-channel brand business environment • Multiple years of experience of delivering new business capabilities by applying system and delivery lifecycle methods and approaches • Prior experience in working with organizational change management/leadership and process change management. • Prior development experience *Tech Stack* 1.
