*Location:               Portland, OR*

*Duration:               6+ months*





*Job Description:*
The successful candidate for this project will be able to both act in a
business analysis capacity as well as a developer role for this unique
client. They will be able to help facilitate business meetings in
conjunction with the implementation team to drive business requirements in
the areas of Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management. This
position will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, testing,
etc., as well as on boarding business groups to the new tool. The role will
also entail several elements of project management, including defining and
adhering to a schedule with deliverables, the ability to work
independently, and potentially supervise / oversee the work of others.

*Key Qualifications:*
Experience with the ServiceNow software suite is required
The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and practical “get it
done” work style with deep subject matter expertise in ServiceNow, current
or n-1 version preferred. Service Management.
Previous experience with Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management
operational / ITIL business processes
Strong understanding of how to analyze, design, and document business and
operational processes.
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of
how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and
operational requirements.
The ability to break down potentially complex issues or requirements into
manageable steps.
Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills
with various audiences and levels.
The ability to work in an agile-scrum environment where documentation,
attention to detail, and team collaboration is required. Significant
project management experience and high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a
fast-moving and dynamic business environment.
