*Role : Scrum Master* *Location : Dublin, OH * *Duration : Long term * *Rates: $42/hr * *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* Must have a thorough understanding of Lean and Agile frameworks and have applied them in an enterprise setting as a scrum master. Must hold a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Ability to clearly communicate processes to Team so processes and benefits are clearly understood. Must be willing to jump in and help, get hands dirty with Team as needed during release cycle. Must possess strong technical and analytical skills. Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management. Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, hold Team accountable for process, make the tough calls. Ability to put agile processes in place for several work streams at once. Ability to lead a team to self-organization. Ability to form solid relationships between cross functional team members. Experience guiding people to write User Stories.
