1. Hands-on experience in scripting languages, preferably
powershell for *automation
of data center activities*.
2. Deeper understanding of at least one of ITPA (IT Process Automation)
tools like system center orchestrator, ServiceNow Orchestrator, BMC
3. High level understanding of data center technologies like Active
Directory, UNIX administration, Windows Server administration, NAS, SAN,
shared folders, NTFS, NFS, etc.
4. Deeper understanding of Data Center processes, ITSM tools preferably
ServiceNow, activities performed by various groups in data center, ITIL
framework.
5. Hands-on experience in data modelling and data extraction using SQL
queries, any of ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, Cognos
