Have expertise in the end to end mobility service with an eye for end to end experience design and management, a must have credential. *Skills: * Analytics Solutions, Customer Channels (CRM, Portals, Mobile).· Understanding of Mobility domain including In-life experience.· Understanding of Customer centric design and analysis.· 3. Has an ability to re-define legacy processes and adapt it to support a fully digital ecosystem. 4. Have experience in working and guiding business stakeholders and document requirements. Play a role of a true business analyst, and also fill in when technical guidance need to be delivered. 5. Work with Engineering and engineering architects to develop the solutions, and be the spokesperson for those solutions with the stakeholder. 6. Own complete delivery of the feature or specific requirement and see it through deployment into production, and manage the in life aspects. 7. Have an ability to work with and guide program and project management team in all aspects of delivery management.
