*Title: ILM implementation consultant* *Location: Minneapolis (Eagan, Minnesota)* *The initial term is 6-9+ months on a contract basis* *Consultant from ETL/Informatica background who have experience with ILM implementation will also work.* Essentially we want an ILM implementation consultant (ideally with some HP ILM solution suite experience, or strong ILM experience with desire to learn about HP's solution through coordinating an enterprise implementation in coordination with HP engineers). This is a great opportunity for an ILM experienced professional to gain experience with HP''s enterprise ILM solutions through a large-scale enterprise implementation, working closely with HP solution experts. *This consulting resource will:* 1. Bring knowledge of ILM best practices and implement these in data archival implementation 2. Assist in defining, positioning, promoting, and gaining acceptance on Information Lifecycle Management processes for the client. 3. Coordinate and assist to lead customer meetings in areas of data archival and application retirement. 4. Provide recommendations on architectural and technology options pertaining to data archival 5. Analyze customer requirements data archival and retirement requirements, technology landscape, business requirements to help evolve an Archival (ILM) Strategy. 6. Provide recommendations on data access and reporting 7. Assist in defining detailed design for the archiving project 8. Provide end to end implementation services working closely with the vendor solution engineers (HP) 9.
