Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ year of experience in business / system analysis
• Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and
documenting
• Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or
evaluation of business processes required
• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and
automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Experience communicating analysis including trends and opportunities to
clients and the business in writing and verbally
• Experience problem solving including multiple priorities and research
conflicting and/or inaccurate data
• A background in healthcare or Pharmacy benefits management domain
• Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving
organizational and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
• RxClaims experience
• PBM or Medicare or health insurance industry background
• Prior working experience at Optum/UHG
• Agile processes
