Migrate remote location from one Call Manager cluster to newly-upgraded 11.X cluster. Communicate with IT and business leadership Potential additional work: Help support additional Call Manager and UCCX clusters with MACs and issues. Help with support for cloud-hosted Call Center solutions (inContact, 8x8, Contivio), including migrating to/from these solutions from existing platforms *Location:* *Petaluma, or Carlsbad. Preference is Carlsbad.* | CA 60 day contract, will be for phone system upgrade project, he can’t promise but it is highly likely this will goin to support work going forward. business units are based out of Carlsbad and Petaluma. they will treat this as a project upgrade. *H1bs are OK!
