Hi, Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: NYC/NY Duration: 12+ Months/Contract Interview: Phone and Face 2 Face *MUST HAVE TECHNICAL BA SKILLS AND understanding of trade lifecycle & OTC Derivatives* Key Qualifications and/or other requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technology business analyst capacity in supporting a front to back project environment (IB FO Technology programs preferred) • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Investment Banking Industry (Investment Banking Technology preferred) • Previous experience in managing data feeds (i.e. data attributes, staging tables, headers, source definitions, qualifiers, filtering, aggregators, expressions, joiner conditions etc.) • Good understanding of the front to back trade lifecycle of OTC Derivatives processing • Previous experience in working in a Risk or Finance Department- Preferred (Product Control, Financial Control, Credit and Market Risk) • Basic understanding of GM Technology systems both Trade & Risk Management • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Experience in maintaining project budgets/financials • Strong communication skills both written and oral- lead/drive meetings when required • Good time management skills and proven ability in meeting deadlines and working in a pressurized technology team facing high pressure and results-driven team environment • Strong literacy in Microsoft Excel and MS Visio, good literacy in PowerPoint • Good understanding of OnePPM financial tool • Accurate and concise work that meets desired timeframes The Global Markets IHC (Independent Holding Company) Technology Team is a challenging and fast paced department which is responsible for overall IT delivery of critical regulatory programs throughout the investment bank.
