This position has a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Solution delivery
- Ensure solution delivery meets business need and expectation through
business requirement gathering
- Gather and validate business needs to translate into requirements for
technical team
- Work with technical teams to develop technical requirements and solutions
- Work with project manager to provide status updates and resolve scope
issues
- Manage ad hoc inquiries from the marketing team related to production
data.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5 to 7+ years prior experience working as a Business Analyst
- Extensive experience with data integration projects involving CRM
- Extensive Salesforce experience
- Strong familiarity with data mapping, data flow diagrams and data
transformation rules
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Be process oriented (i.e. change control, requirement gathering, process
flow diagramming, testing, etc).
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be capable of working on multiple projects at once.
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to work well on matrixed teams.
