*PeopleSoft Functional (GL / KK) SpecialistWashington, DC* *SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES* 4.1 Support the upgrade of the House's ERP PeopleSoft Financials production application from the current 9.1, PeopleTools 8.54 version to 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.55 4.2 Assist with evaluating additional functionality and using current functionality in other ways to increase the benefits of the application for the House, especially the Financial staff 4.3 Plan and execute the upgrade so that the other concurrent related projects are integrated as needed 4.4 Work directly with other consultants from multiple firms working on the upgrade and other PeopleSoft related projects. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* (a) At least one full lifecycle engagement as a PeopleSoft Financials Consultant/Analyst in a large-scale financial systems ERP implementation/upgrade (b) Comprehensive knowledge and experience working in the specific module specified in the request for task order proposals (c) Ability to create, update, and review functional documents such as policies and procedures, operations manuals, change requests and training materials; and (d) Strong business/systems analysis experience working closely with users to resolve problems and capture new business requirements. *6.
