An ideal candidate would have experience in delivering numerous successful products to the iTunes or Google Play Store. They will thrive in a fast paced agile environment where they will have the opportunity to delivery app features from a robust roadmap of innovative ideas. The ideal candidate must be committed to agile delivery and XP programming practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with a scrum team to plan, write, execute and refactor manual and automated test cases • Create and execute automated UI test strategies in Xamarin, Xcode and/or Espresso/Java • Assist product owners in creating acceptance criteria for user stories • Assist developers with defining appropriate unit tests based on the acceptance criteria • Pair program with development team to identify and fix bugs throughout a sprint • Manage configurations, builds, branching, and deployment issues related to delivered code • Conduct peer reviews for tests and test cases • Review and provide feedback on development code, test designs and test cases • Communicate status frequently in daily Scrum • Participate in cross-group and internal customer feature demos QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years’ experience in manual and automated testing of native mobile applications in the Xamarin, iOS and/or Android ecosystem • 1 + year experience with native application UI automation testing in iOS and/or Android • 3+ years’ hands-on experience on an Agile delivery team • Development experience in one of these programming languages: C#, objective-c, Swift, or Java (Android) • Exhibits an understanding of basic object oriented concepts • Experienced using Test Driven Development approach to writing software • Experienced developing test automation using Mocks and mocking frameworks • Experienced developing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines using tools like TFS, Jenkins or VSO • Experienced with unit testing in Junit, NUnit or Xcode • Experienced in writing automated Behavior Driven Development (BDD) tests • Experienced working with Product Owners to refine acceptance criteria, then collaboratively build a sprint test plan • Able to effectively communicate a test strategy within a development team • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with a variety of team members • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience -- -- To unsubscribe from this group, send email to cbe-software-engineer-unsubscr...@googlegroups.com For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/CBE-Software-Engineer?hl=en --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CBE Software Engineer" group.
