*Technical/Functional Skills* :-
Dev job and Support Job – The resource should be able to develop the system
and maintain the system (DevOps).
The resource should on the fly gets into requirement and fix the
development and maintain after deployment.
Core skill – Interactions with 3rd party systems, SQL, SFDC , API’s and
Interfaces, DBMS.
Primary 3rd party system – SFDC
SQL server and SFDS is the must skill
Tableau , VBA are added on but needed.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
*Experience interfacing with, maintaining, and launching SFDC features •
Experience managing data between diverse data systems • Able to
design & maintain relational databases • Fluent in SQL – Especially
data security protocols • Experience creating custom reports using
Tableau or similar reporting engine • Proven history of clearly
documenting system and data structures • Strong Plus: Experience with
• MS SQL Management Studio • MS VBA*
• *Anaplan*
*Should have production support experience of minimum 6-8 years*.
*Very good at onshore and offshore team driven approach to support service
delivery best value to clients*
Must have exposure to debug problems and drive for getting root cause of
the incidents related to MQ environment.
Exceptional focus on Incident management and problem management
Review changes for impact; implement changes with 100% success.
Should work as active team member and collaborative.
Focus on system stability and deliver SIP's.
May not be in shifts however providing 24x7 supports on need basis.
Actively measure system status pre and post changes.
Ability to drive changes independently and Take decisions.
Performance review for changes.
In-depth knowledge of system / subsystems and its integrations.
Should be able to mentor team members and build team under you.
Status reporting to Onshore Delivery Management.

Must have very good written and verbal communication skill
Must be self-motivated and pro-active
Able to work with demanding customer
