*Position Title: SCCM Engineer*
*Location: Englewood, CO*
*Duration: 12+ Months*

Description:

This position is responsible for leading, planning, and handling L3
activities for Windows platform. Strong knowledge of Microsoft System
Centre Configuration Manager 2012 and above versions. Design and maintain
the SCCM architecture for the enterprise - including global sites. The
candidate will set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure
objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the
needs and mission of the organization. Although the primary focus of this
position is to support L3 support activities for Windows Platform, the
candidate may also be tasked with troubleshooting general issues.



The candidate will also be required to provide mentoring, training, and
support for the technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

o   Strong knowledge of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager 2012
and above versions.

o   Strong Knowledge of SCCM Infrastructure and maintenance tasks with good
troubleshooting skills.

o   Strong in-depth Knowledge of Application Deployment and Security
Updates deployment through SCCM.

o   Strong Knowledge of configuration of Sites and roles in SCCM
Infrastructure.

o   Strong Knowledge in reporting and creating SQL queries in SCCM.

o   Resolve the majority of complex issues by troubleshooting and
simulation.

o   Deep technical problem isolation and resolution capability

o   Strict adherence to the use of the ticketing system for ALL incidents,
changes and problems.

o   Escalation to Vendor (Level 4) support when required to ensure Service
Level Agreements are met.

o   Ability to correlate incident trends into problem management and
execute permanent fixes.

o   Execute monthly patch management research, reports and implementation
on system infrastructure.

o   Strong knowledge in Active Directory/Exchange/Office 365/SCCM

o   Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows/VMware/AD/Exchange 2010/Office
365.

o   Conduct technical meetings with clients to address any trends or
outstanding systemic issues

o   Define an action plan for troubleshooting / resolution

o   Analyze troubleshooting techniques output, diagnose problems remotely

o   Ability to maintain, and enhance our current managed service offerings
and infrastructure.

o   Analyzing logs, root-cause issues & provide workaround/fix for the
issues.

o   Reporting and tracking of issues to closure.

o   Prepare report analysis, identify problem areas and propose high level
solutions.

o   Strictly aligning to project SLA’s.

Key Skillset Requirements:

               8+ years of service provider technical support of enterprise
Windows environments with domains, multiple sites and centralized services

               4+ years of experience implementing complex virtualization
solutions using VMware vSphere with clustered storage, with high
availability capabilities such as vMotion, fault tolerance and SRM

               5+ years of working experience in SCCM tool.

               MCSA, MCSE or MCITP certifications (Windows 2008 or higher)

               VCP5 or higher VMware certification

               Demonstrated experience using an ITIL based ticketing
systems.

               Customer focused with a dedication to customer satisfaction

                Strong initiative, self-motivation, ability to complete
tasks on time

                Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, decision
making, and organizational skills

                Possesses self-initiative to proactively identify and
pursue process improvements

                Demonstrated Root Cause Correct Action analysis, report
generation, and presentation to customers.

               ITIL Certified





Technologies: Windows Server, SCCM, Active Directory design and management,
Group Policy customization, Exchange 2010 & Office 365.



Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) 1. Knowledge of SCCM
Infrastructure.

2. Knowledge of Application Deployment and Security Updates deployment
through SCCM.



Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

1.Strong Knowledge in reporting and creating SQL queries in SCCM 2.Design
and maintain the SCCM architecture for the enterprise - including global

Education/ Certifications (Required) :

1.B Tech or 4 years graduation degree
