Will consider experience with conversions from other non-PeopleSoft HR systems. Must have demonstrated knowledge/experience with the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: - Payroll Services - Time and Attendance - Talent Management - Benefits Administration Must also be able to perform business process gap analysis work, identifying and documenting the gap associated with "as is" business processes and "to-be" business processes and assist with the migration to the new workflows associated with the new system. Must also be able to create and deliver training materials and perform hands-on training assistance with new system workflows.
