position, please send the resume to [email protected] *Position: -* *Mainframe Tester* *Location: -* *Baltimore, MD* *Duration: - 6+Month Visa status: - GC, USC(H1B workable if candidate local to Baltimore MD,)* *Interview Mode: - F2F Only* *Preferred Qualifications:* • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing; 9 years of relevant experience will satisfy the education and work experience. • Expertise in testing Web applications is required. • Experienced with UI testing tools such as Load Runner, Jaws, QTP etc. • Mainframe MVS experience, including COBOL, Expediter, TSO, JCL, DB2, SQL, MQ queuing and messaging and File-Aid. • Experience with Test Automation tools (ideally with QTP). • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Familiarity with requirements, testing, development and defect documentation tools, such as ALM QC, QuickTest Pro, IBM DOORS and/or Microsoft SharePoint is a plus. • General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Must be customer service oriented, a strong team player, well organized, and efficient. • Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Security Clearance.
