*This is Neha from Apetan consulting,* *Please find the below job description and send me your update resume matching to it along with Contact details, Current location, Visa and Availability ASAP.* *POSITION: Storage Administrator with EMC Isilon* * INTERVIEW: Phone than Skype Interview* *LOCATION: Columbus, OH* *DURATION:6 MONTHS* *VISA:GC/USC/GC-EAD Only* *START :ASAP* *Job Overview:* The main thing they are looking for is a candidate that has EMC Isilon experience in a work environment and at least 3 years working with NAS storage systems. *Job Description:* Must Haves: - Four year college or university degree, preferably in Computer Science; or a two year degree with five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3 years NAS experience - NFS and SMB protocol management - EMC OneFS Web UI, CLI and/or API - Active Directory and/or LDAP authentication - File-based migration technologies; such as Robocopy, rsync, or Datadobi Plusses: - Isilon SmartConnect, SmartPools, SyncIQ, and SnapshotIQ - Multi-protocol file system access control and user-mapping - Centrify Suite - Unisphere for EMC VNX and VMAX - EMC SYMCLI, Hitachi CCI, UNIX shell - Hitachi Command Suite and Tuning Manager - Brocade FOS - Brocade Network Advisor or EMC Connectrix Manager - Experience with Brocade DCX class switches - Knowledge of server based clustering products (VCS, Oracle RAC/ASM, MSCS, Always-On, etc.) - ITIL V3 - Storage migration methodologies and vendor specific migration tools - NDMP Protocol - Understanding of VTLs and tape networks - Knowledge of volume managers and file systems (LVM, VMFS, VxVM, NTFS, etc.) - Disaster recovery planning and implementation of storage Day to Day: Looking for a Storage Administrator that will design, implement, configure, and maintain an Enterprise NAS and SAN infrastructure. The candidate will install, configure and maintain EMC Isilon and VNX NAS storage systems. Additionally, install and maintain EMC VMAX and Hitachi VSP storage systems. Work with other IT infrastructure groups to provide solutions, support infrastructure projects, manage changes to systems, and facilitate data migrations. Provide cooperative troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of storage systems as issues arise. Provide after-hours support for the storage environment on a rotating basis. Work with vendors to coordinate and execute system upgrades and maintenance. Must be experienced with support in a heterogeneous platform environment (UNIX, Windows, VMWare). Will need to provide capacity projections of storage as well as analyze workload requirements. Must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication and problem solving skills.
