Client seeks Software Developer with full life cycle / full
stack experience who is self-disciplined, demonstrates creative thinking
and has the following characteristics:
- Experience and knowledge in the following is required:
- MS SQL Server. 2012 & 2014
- Visual Studio 2014
- C# / VB.Net
- ASP.NET, web programming
- jQuery and JavaScript
- Very strong knowledge of databases and relational database concepts
needed. Writing stored procedures, creating tables, etc.
- General knowledge of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools and
creation of data marts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to
work with both Technical & Business groups within the organization.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience.
- Experience in financial services is preferred (Investment Mgmt. /
Banking / PE)
- Functional understanding of common business and financial principals.
This is not an environment where the Developer works in relative isolation
and works with the business through BA's. Individual will have one on
one discussions with business to facilitate solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent.
